Every department.

SARS HIS runs your whole hospital around the patient: front desk, doctors, wards, lab, pharmacy, theatre, billing and accounts. ABDM, NABH quality indicators and GST are built in. It runs on your own server, so your patients' data stays in your hospital.

Why SARS HIS

Built so the hospital runs smoothly, and nothing slips through

Every visit, order, result and charge hangs off the patient's visit. Departments see the same record, and the system checks the work as it happens.

One record, no double entry

Register once. Orders reach the lab, radiology and pharmacy. Results come back to the doctor, and the discharge summary carries the whole stay.

Billing that doesn't leak

Charges post themselves from the tariff when a service is ordered or given. A visit can't be billed twice, and discounts need permission and a reason. Packages and insurer shares are worked out for you.

Your data stays yours

It runs on a server in your hospital or one you choose. Every change is in an audit trail that can't be edited. Backups are taken and checked every night.

Safer care, checked as you go

Allergy and interaction checks on prescriptions. NEWS2 early-warning scores on the ward. Critical lab values reach the doctor at once, and a WHO safety checklist runs in every theatre.

Ready on day one

We import your patients, doctors, tariff and items, so you don't start from scratch. Opening stock loads from a spreadsheet. A go-live checklist shows exactly what's left to set up.

Support that sees problems first

Our team watches each installation's health: backups, disk space, version. We can fix things before they reach you. Only counts and health are shared with us, never patient data.

Modules

Everything a hospital does, in one system

Start with the core (registration, OPD, doctor's desk, billing and administration) and add modules as you grow. A clinic, a multi-speciality hospital and a teaching hospital each pick what they need.

Patients & OPD

  • Registration with UHID, ABHA, duplicate warnings and barcoded wristbands
  • Appointments, tokens and a queue display for the waiting area
  • Doctor's desk: notes, ICD-10 diagnosis, e-prescription, order sets
  • Enquiry desk, cost estimates, visitor passes, discount cards

Inpatients & nursing

  • Admission, bed board, transfers, bed waiting list, daily bed charges
  • Nursing station with NEWS2 and eMAR
  • ICU flowsheet, dialysis, maternity with partograph, immunisation, physiotherapy
  • Diet orders and kitchen, tablet ward rounds, discharge summary

Emergency, theatre & blood

  • Casualty triage, MLC register and police intimation
  • Theatre booking that never double-books, WHO checklist, anaesthesia record
  • CSSD with tray tracking, sterilisation cycles and recall
  • Blood bank: donors, screening, components, cross-match, transfusion

Diagnostics

  • Laboratory: barcoded samples, reference ranges, critical alerts, pathologist sign-off
  • HL7 interface for lab analysers
  • Radiology worklist, report templates, dictation, PACS viewer link
  • Health check-up packages

Pharmacy & stores

  • Batches and expiry, first-expiry-first-out, Schedule H/H1/X
  • Drug-allergy and interaction checks
  • Purchase orders, goods received, indents, stock counts
  • Consignment items, fixed assets with warranty and AMC alerts

Billing & finance

  • Automatic charges, packages, advances, refunds, multi-currency
  • Payer price lists: self, TPA, PM-JAY, CGHS, ECHS
  • Insurance pre-authorisation, claims and settlement
  • Double-entry accounts with Tally export, and consultants' payouts

See it

Clear screens, made for busy people

Each person sees their own work first, with the most urgent at the top. Screens update live, so the front desk, the doctor and the lab always see the same thing.

Doctor's desk
The doctor's queue, vital signs, notes, ICD-10 diagnosis and prescription on one screen. Sign and send passes orders to the lab and pharmacy.

Built for India

Made for the way Indian hospitals work

It follows the rules and schemes your hospital works under, and prints the forms you file.

ABDMCreate or verify an ABHA at registration. Link records and share them with consent (M1, M2 and M3).
NABH19 quality indicators from live data, incident reporting with RCA and CAPA, infection control, credentials and privileges.
GST & TallyGST on pharmacy items, double-entry accounts and export to Tally for your accountant.
Government schemesSeparate price lists for PM-JAY, CGHS, ECHS and every TPA, with the insurer's share kept apart from the patient's.
Medico-legalMLC register, police intimation, and birth and death registers with Form 1/2-style prints and MCCD.
NMC CBMEFor medical colleges: students, postings, attendance, logbooks, internal assessment and the NMC clinical-material report.

Questions

Frequently asked

Can we bring our data over from our current software?

Yes. We import your patients, doctors, services and prices, pharmacy items and lab tests. Old UHIDs stay searchable, so staff can still find patients by the number they know. Tell us which system you use when we talk.

Does it keep working if the internet goes down?

Yes. SARS HIS runs on a server in your hospital, and staff use it over your local network. The licence is checked offline. The internet is needed only for things that go outside: ABDM, SMS and online renewal.

Is our patients' data shared with SARS?

No. Your installation sends our support team only counts and health: number of users, today's OPD visits, last backup, disk space and version. That's so we can see problems early. Names and clinical or financial details never leave your server.

Which modules do we need?

Every hospital gets the core: registration, OPD, doctor's desk, billing and administration. Add inpatients, lab, pharmacy, theatre and the rest as you need them. You can switch modules on at any time without reinstalling.

Is it ready for ABDM and NABH?

ABHA creation and verification, record linking and consent-based sharing (ABDM milestones 1 to 3) are built in. For NABH, 19 quality indicators are worked out from live data, alongside incident reporting, infection control, feedback, and staff credentials and privileges.

What do we need to run it?

A Windows server (or one in the cloud) and any modern browser on your desktops and tablets. Nothing has to be installed on each computer. We'll tell you the server size for your hospital.

How long does it take to go live?

It depends on the size of the hospital and how much data comes over. After the demo we give you a plan with dates. The go-live checklist shows what's left at every step.

Can we try it first?

Yes. Start a 30-day free trial online: choose your modules, approve autopay once, and nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel any time before. Or ask for a demo, and we'll set one up with your own departments and tariff.
